Doors & hardware
Interior and exterior door installation, replacement, hardware and the casing work around them.
Focused residential work
Doors, trim, repairs, basement finishing and the focused improvements that make an existing house work better without gutting it.
Home improvements
Plenty of the most useful work in a house is not a full renovation: a door that finally closes properly, a basement that becomes usable space, trim that gets finished after someone else left it undone.
Cyrwus Contracting takes on this work across the service area, subject to schedule and project fit. It is often how a longer relationship starts—several of the larger kitchens and additions in the portfolio began with a single afternoon's carpentry.
Because Marek is a carpenter first, small projects get the same attention to fit and finish as large ones. There is no separate small-jobs crew.

Focused residential work across carpentry, finish and light structural scope.
Interior and exterior door installation, replacement, hardware and the casing work around them.
Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting and trim to turn unused space into usable rooms.
Water damage repair, rot, subfloor, trim repairs and the finish work other projects left unfinished.
Flooring, painting, molding packages and small layout changes that improve how rooms are used.
Planning
Small projects are scheduled around larger ones, so a little context up front helps.
Saying what you want the space to do is more useful than guessing at the fix. The cheapest solution is often not the obvious one.
Several small items handled in one visit is more efficient—and less expensive—than the same items spread across three.
Smaller projects fit between larger ones. Flexibility on timing usually means getting on the calendar sooner.
Water damage and rot in particular have a habit of extending once opened up. It is better to know that going in.

Before you call
There is no fixed minimum, but smaller work is scheduled around larger projects. Describe what you need and Marek will tell you honestly whether and when it fits.
The focus is carpentry and remodeling rather than general handyman service, though many smaller carpentry, door, trim and repair projects are taken on.
Yes. Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting coordination and trim are all part of typical basement finishing work.
Yes, and it is a common request. The first step is looking at what is actually there before deciding what it will take to resolve.
