Describe the result, not the task
Saying what you want the space to do is more useful than guessing at the fix. The cheapest solution is often not the obvious one.
Bundle where you can
Several small items handled in one visit is more efficient—and less expensive—than the same items spread across three.
Schedule flexibility helps
Smaller projects fit between larger ones. Flexibility on timing usually means getting on the calendar sooner.
Some 'small' jobs are not
Water damage and rot in particular have a habit of extending once opened up. It is better to know that going in.

Is there a minimum project size?
There is no fixed minimum, but smaller work is scheduled around larger projects. Describe what you need and Marek will tell you honestly whether and when it fits.
Do you do handyman-style work?
The focus is carpentry and remodeling rather than general handyman service, though many smaller carpentry, door, trim and repair projects are taken on.
Do you finish basements?
Yes. Framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, lighting coordination and trim are all part of typical basement finishing work.
Can you fix work someone else left unfinished?
Yes, and it is a common request. The first step is looking at what is actually there before deciding what it will take to resolve.
